I'm pretty sure that almost every Windows 10 user know this that Windows 10 version 1809 (aka October Update 2018) has some serious bugs, the most popular bug is that the update is deleting the users files 😪, this is the main reason why the Windows 10 version 1809 update is no longer available (it's been around 15 days). of you look at the history of Windows 10 major updates than you know every update effects the OS and always has some bugs, from my experience I can tell that this happens if you just upgrade your Windows 10 to the next version, but if you do fresh install or clean install, chances are you won't notice any bugs and that's what I do every sing time when we get the new version of Windows 10.
