On first launch, you may see “scrcpy not found”. Follow these steps:
Click Get scrcpy inside SCRCPY GUI
Download scrcpy from its official GitHub page
Extract the scrcpy folder
Select the scrcpy folder inside SCRCPY GUI
Once completed, Android screen mirroring will work instantly.
