Do This Before Installing Windows 11 on Your PC!

If you're wondering how to install Windows 11 properly, you're in the right place. Many users may not be eager to switch, but with Microsoft ending support for Windows 10 in 2025, upgrading is becoming necessary. But don't install Windows 11 as it is, instead do this  ↓

Step 1: Download Windows 11 ISO File

Click here to download the Windows 11 ISO file from the official Microsoft website.

Step 2: Download Rufus

Click Here to download Rufus from its official website.

Rufus is a free and lightweight utility for creating bootable USB drives. It is commonly used to install operating systems like Windows, Linux, and other ISO-based software. Rufus allows users to format USB drives and write installation files to them, making it easier to install an OS on a computer.

Step 3: Create a Bootable USB Drive

  1. Run Rufus and use it to create a bootable Windows 11 USB drive.
  2. When prompted in Rufus, modify the Windows 11 installation settings:
    • Disable system requirements (if necessary).
    • Disable the Microsoft account requirement.
    • Use a local account instead.
    • Disable data collection.
    • Disable automatic BitLocker encryption.

Step 4: Boot from USB and Install Windows 11

  1. Once your bootable USB drive is ready, restart your PC and boot from the USB via the boot menu.
  2. Before proceeding with the installation, change the Time and Currency Format to English (World)—this will help debloat Windows 11.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Now, you have a clean installation of Windows 11 with minimal bloat and better privacy settings!
