Ultimate Windows 11 optimization guide
In this post I'm gonna share with you how I optimize my Windows 11 PC and what tools I use to optimize Windows 11 system.
1st and very important step have at least 2 drives (not partitions), 1 for the operating system and 1 for your games, programs, files etc. and Never put anything on the C drive (where you have OS installed) avoid filling up this drive because for some reason Windows makes C drive slower when it gets full or even half (This happens because Windows doesn't run TRIM command, even if you do it manually same issue after some time. TRIM is a command that tells a solid-state drive (SSD) which data blocks to erase when they are no longer in use.) You should do more research on TRIM command if you need more info. SO JUST avoid filling up your C drive, and try to install games and apps on 2nd driver as much as possible.
2nd I change bunch of system settings to boost the Windows 11 performance plus the user experience. And hunting down these settings can be time consuming so I simply use their party app called Wintoys. Wintoys is a free app available in the Microsoft Store that helps you optimize your Windows PC by disabling unnecessary services or adjusting settings for better performance and user experience experience, to put it simply this app includes all systems settings in one place which needs to be changed.
3rd I use Chris Titus Tech's windows utility, it's a free and open source Windows optimizer, and I just use this to disable unnecessary Windows services (recommended by Chris Titus Tech), it automatically does it and take like 1 sec to do.
4rth I disable Windows search indexing and use Flow launcher and Everything apps instead, because Windows search is resource hungery, slow and buggy (sometimes).

Extra note: I think for most people this level of optimization is pretty good. It's safe and doesn't break anything and you can use all the Windows features. And yes you can go beyond this optimizing guide but in my opinion this level of optimization is balanced and should be good for most people.
