 Easily download and install WSA with Google play and magisk 

There is a project called BuildWSA at GitHub which let's you download latest Windows subsystem for Android (WSA) with Google Play store and magisk easily and it looks like it is using the MagiskOnWSA to generate latest WSA builds with Gapps and magisk automatically. MagiskOnWSA online version doesn't work anymore but there is a MagiskOnWSA Local which you can still use. Now if you want the easiest way to get WSA with Gapps and root then BuildWSA is probably the best option, as always I have made a video in this topic so watch the video down below for more information and links will be just down below the video.

Extra note: Unfortunately it looks like you can't sign in to play store when you have the root (or maybe this happened to me only) so maybe there are some magisk modules to fix this issue. If you want WSA with Gapps only then you should try MagiskOnWSA Local, Click Here to watch the tutorial.
