Why we should not use Registry cleaners for Windows PC

 Registry cleaners do we really need them?

1. Some people say "A registry cleaner is not only unnecessary, it is strongly recommended against--either after an update or any other time. Registry cleaning programs are *all* snake oil. Cleaning of the registry isn't needed and is dangerous. Leave the registry alone and don't use any registry cleaner."

2. Some say "Because of this automation of the system the registry constantly grows. It may become so large that the system will slow down and ultimately crash bringing everything to a halt. This is why it must be cleaned regularly with registry cleaner software." 

Well second one doesn't make whole lot of sense because modern Windows OS is actually better at handing registry and cleans them pretty well (sometimes not fully). So should we use registry cleaners? well no, if cleaning registry is important then Microsoft should have  made a registry cleaner tool but they haven't.

Extra Note : For the most part Windows will actually clean registry entries automatically but sometimes some registry entries of the uninstalled programs is not cleaned, for example the programs Installer registry entries information (not installed program itself), so basically Windows keeps some info about the program even after it is uninstalled (not all programs) or maybe it's the program leaving the footprints behind by tricking Windows (who knows).
