Free alternative to Adobe Photoshop with generative AI
It's been more than a year now I completely stopped using adobe software, I started using free plus open source alternatives as much as possible. As a Photoshop alternative I use Krita, Photopea and Fooocus.
Krita is a free and open-source program you can use for digital art and animation but I can also do the thing that you can do in Photoshop 😊, and There is a Generative AI plugin called Krita-ai-diffusion, with this plugin you can do a generative fill, image expansion etc. just like in Photoshop. And it actually works really good plus the plugin is free and open source based on stable diffusion.
Photopea is a web-based photo and graphics editor. Its interface and features are very similar to Adobe Photoshop, making it a good option for those familiar with Photoshop or looking for a free alternative. I occasionally use this tool because there are some tools which works better in this app than Krita, So basically I use both of these together it's like combination.
Fooocus is an image generation software that simplifies the process of creating images with Stable Diffusion. Foocus is a great choice if you're interested in creating high-quality images with Stable Diffusion using a user-friendly interface and minimal technical knowledge. But it can also do image editing, like in painting, out painting, image to image, up scaling etc. Mainly I use this to generate images plus turn my photos into a different style like for example cartoon or anime style. And it is completely free and open source.
