ChatGPT is now a better AI Assistant then Google's Gemini (for free users)

 ChatGPT with new GPT-4o model...

GPT-4o is a major new advancement in large language models by OpenAI, released in May 2024.

Here's a breakdown of its key features:

Accessibility: OpenAI is making GPT-4o available through their ChatGPT platform, with free tiers offering limited usage. This makes this powerful tool accessible to a wider audience.

Speed: GPT-4o boasts impressive speed, responding to audio prompts in milliseconds, close to real-time conversation speeds.

Multimodal: Unlike previous GPT models, GPT-4o can handle not just text, but also audio and images. This means you can give it instructions in any combination of these formats, and it can respond with text, audio, or images as well.

Some really cool things it can do:

Real-time translation: Imagine taking a picture of a menu in a foreign language and using GPT-4o to translate it instantly, it even translate conversions live as you talk to other person.

Richer educational experiences: GPT-4o could explain complex concepts with a combination of text, audio, and images, making learning more engaging.

Voice-based assistants: GPT-4o paves the way for voice assistants that can understand and respond to natural language with greater nuance. this my favorite one, using ChatGPT as a AI assistant feels like I'm talking to a real human (maybe not fully but it feels nice fr).

For more information you should checkout the OpenAI's YouTube channel , you will be amazed to see what ChatGPT can do, and also watch the video down below to see the comparison between ChatGPT and Gemini.

Google is also working on a real time voice conversation feature called Gemini Live, Gemini Live is Google's answer to the recent wave of advanced AI chatbots, particularly OpenAI's GPT-4o. It lets you interact with me, the Gemini AI model, through real-time voice conversations. it's not out yet or some say it's only available for Gemini Advanced (premium Gemini), hope soon it will be available for everyone.
