 How to download Windows 11 24H2 RTM build ISO early 

Windows 11 24H2 RTM (Release to Manufacturing) build refers to the final version of the update that gets shipped to device manufacturers (OEMs) for pre-installation on new devices and potentially used for wider rollout. 

RTM Build (Build 26100) is the specific build number (26100) identified by Microsoft as the potential final version for manufacturing. It's currently being tested by Windows Insiders in the Dev and Canary channels to iron out any last-minute bugs before a wider release.

BUT... the Windows 11 24H2 RTM build is actually available separately without the Windows Insiders in the Dev or Canary channels, but not officially. There is a tool called UUP dump, if you go to the UUP dump website you can actually download finalized version of Windows 11 24H2 RTM ISO file.

Update: on the UUP dump website select windows 11 and drop down menu will open and then select 24H2.

UUP dump lets you download the latest Windows installation files and package them into an ISO for creating a bootable installation disc or USB drive. UUP stands for Unified Update Platform, This is Microsoft's system for delivering updates to Windows devices. It retrieves the necessary files directly from Microsoft's servers.

It's important to note that while UUP dump downloads files directly from Microsoft's servers, using it to create installation media may not be endorsed by Microsoft. It's always best to check their official recommendations for creating Windows installation media.
