Windows 11 22621.2361 is a preview build for the upcoming Windows 11 22H2 feature update ( also known as moment 4 update), which is expected to be released to the public in early October 2023, But after the September 26 if you enable Get Windows updates as soon as they're available option in Windows updates you can get this update early and you don't have to wait for the public release.

 This preview build includes a number of new features and improvements, including:

Copilot in Windows (preview): A new AI assistant that can help you with a variety of tasks, such as writing emails, creating presentations, and coding.

Modernized File Explorer: A redesigned File Explorer with a new look and feel, as well as new features such as tabs and improved search.

Windows Backup: A new feature that makes it easy to back up your data to the cloud.
