Recently I discovered a simple trick from @ChrisTitusTech YouTube channel that below my mind ( which he also discovered it from @ThioJoe ). If you change the Time and currency format to English (World) it actually installs Windows 11 without bloatware's and also allows you to use Local account 🤯. And later I also discovered that you can download apps and games from Microsoft store without Microsoft account 🤯.
