How I fixed Windows 11 lag
There is a bug in Windows 11 which makes SSD drives slow, It's really frustrating bug because system just freezes and becomes really really slow. The SSD drives needs to be trimmed every now and then (A trim command allows an operating system to inform a solid-state drive which blocks of data are no longer considered to be 'in use' and therefore can be erased internally.) but for some reasons Trim command doesn't work properly in Windows 11 and SSD drivers becomes slower and slower over time which impacts the system performance.
I setup my Windows 11 the way which I don't have to use C driver, and for that used Symbolic links to move some system folders and programs like download folders, some user folder etc. to other SSD and I make sure to use secondary SSD to install new games and programs as much as possible, some programs just gets installed to the C driver so i just move them using Symbolic link.
I's been over a month now and my Windows 11 still feels smooth and never frozen once, it's because the SSD drive remains untouched.
I have made a video in this topic so watch the video down below for more information.
