Instagram Threads is a standalone app that allows users to communicate with their close friends list on Instagram. Users can send messages, photos, videos, and stories to their friends, as well as create custom statuses and auto-statuses based on their location, activity, and mood. Threads is designed to be a fast and private way to stay connected with the people who matter most. AND it is the next Twitter or Twitter killer (I'm not joking 😐)
So as of me making this post you can only use Instagram Threads on your Android phone or iPhone, there is no website or desktop client for it.
But there are many ways you can use Instagram Threads on PC, you can use Windows subsystem for Android, this runs Android apps as a native Windows apps or you can use Android emulators like BlueStacks, Nox etc.
