 First "moment" update for Windows 11 22H2

Yet another feature update for Windows 11 is here, Microsoft calls this a "Moment update" so this a first moment update for Windows 11 22H2, this update brings tabs in Windows file explorer. Sadly there many features missing like right click taskbar task manager  option . So it looks like Microsoft is going really slow to push these new features to Windows 11. But the good thing is that these updates are small and gets installed quickly and you can get the moment updates from Windows Updates settings just like regular updates.
