In Windows 10 or 11 you can create apps folders in start menu but you can't in Windows Taskbar, I'm just gonna say WHY??? Microsoft WHY?. It should be a thing in Windows. Well luckily we have a free program called 7stacks which allows you to create a apps folders in Windows Taskbar. You can stack any programs or files or shortcuts in one shortcut created by 7stacks software and you just pin that to Windows taskbar and wallah!! you have a macOS style stack folder.
