So in windows 11 you cannot hide time and date from taskbar because turn system icons on or off settings is not available in Windows 11. So if you want to hide time and date from windows 11 taskbar then I have found a clever way to do it without using group policy editor or registry editor. You just need to customize the time and date formats the way so it won't be visible on taskbar. If you go to the additional clock settings from there you can customize the time and dates formats.

Note : hiding the time and date this way effects your entire systems time and date, for example if we have installed a some software on specific date, the system won't be able to give you the information when the software was installed because you have changed the time and date format so it is not visible.
