 Fast Startup on Windows 10 & 11 PC, Should you turn it off ?

What is Fast Startup?

The Fast Startup feature in Windows 10/11 allows your computer start up faster after a shutdown. When you shut down your computer, Fast Startup will put your computer into a hibernation state instead of a full shutdown. And it is turned on by default.

So then our real question is should you turn off the fast startup on Windows 10 and 11. so the simple answer is somewhat yes you should turn it off. If the fast startup is enabled that means your PC is actually not completely truned off. If you lose power and if you're doing a dual boot then I think it's best to keep it turned off. And if we have a SSD drive even if you turn off the fast startup your PC will boot fast anyway.
