We have YouTube Apps for our Mobile Phones but not for Desktop PC, Actually now we do have a YouTube App for desktops and you can install it easily using Google Chrome web browser. When you visit YouTube website using Chrome you will see a new icon in the address/URL bar, just click on that icon and it will install a YouTube application.
